No build mode in computers

I have been on several servers and have seen several people encounter the problem of someone will hop into their weapons computer and dismantle the ship whiel you are in the core. I know you can cover up the weapons computer and prevent this but its a Weapons computer you shouldnt be able to build inside a computer designed to controll weaponry and salvaging, the only function that should be available in the weapons, salvaging, and missile computers is to use and aim the weaponry and fire them, not building. Building should only be in the building block, and flying should only be in the core. Just an opinion, tell me what you think.

Yeah this is pretty annoying, and leads to a lot of pissed of players complaining in chat.
