Recognized New Shipyard Function: Create Design from Docked Entity

Rather than desconstructing the entire ship to create a design for repair purposes simply make a design from the docked ship.

For now you can save a blueprint then convert blueprint to design.

In the future any constructed ship in a shipyard will have a design come with it, to work with the Repair Docked from Design option in the shipyards.

Most likely we'll add in a Create Design from Docked however for repairs you'll want to use the design that came with the ship when constructed, so any missing blocks are replaced.

Actually I was thinking more about changes you make outside the shipyard you want to save, which is why I thought the addition of create Design from docked was a needed addition.
