I have the new launcher but when I pressed update the launcher gets stuck on zero and does not update, does anyone know what to do?

Maybe your firewall or antivirus is making problems, disable them or make an exception for Starmade
Maybe your game folder is corrupted and you need to delete it download the game again and try
Maybe there is a problem with your connection

Inside the launcher install folder there should be a file named launcher.log
please append that to an answer here ... maybe it doe log a problem there
