You can find block ID's in the BlockTypes.properties file (open with rich text editor) in the director Starmade > Data > Config.

Alternatively (possibly easier), open the Block Editor. On the second launcher click the 'Modding' tab, then 'Block Editor'.

The numbers next to block entries are the ID's.
    eg; PlexLight(55)

Edit; Added black / purple / orange ID's

Yes, you can find newly added blocks to the game in the Block Editor under the "Modding" tab in the (second) launcher. After clicking the block editor, you will find those Circuits (with their respective Id's) under "ManufacturingElement". :)
