I suggest to add a new block like a Cargo block. The stacks of the game is very massive, i can get 100.000 black hulls in my hand, but with this cargo block the standart stack will be more a few, like 100 or 50. And with this cargo block on a ship increase the number of stacks in base of a number of cargo blocks there are.
And when you are near your faction ship you are able to get this 100.000 black hulls ion a hand because is in the ships, but if you are far from this (like a shop) you cant get more than 100 or 50.
This change populates the systems with cargo ships and make a real skill to mining or to steal parts of the others ships.
