With the new build mode scheme(v0.0875) how do i change block orientation?

You need to get out first to do it, but it seems that a lot of orientation stuff is messed up right now, so you may need to remember what you set it to, get in, then it will probably be wrong. If so you will need to get back out and turn the right amount to fix it and then get back in.

I would also suggest mainly building only in single-player sanbox mode.
