Neotronix Defensive Solutions [NDS] // Experimental Technologies Division
NDS is a global defence, aerospace and security company employing around 15.000 people throughout the verse. Our wide-ranging products and services cover air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology, and support services. One of the leading manufacturers of defense and offensive planetary and orbital installations.
We provide over 2000 planets and 600 corporations with bunker emplacements, dome-shield emitters, C-RAM systems, Orbital and planetside weapon emplacements, Low and high resolution tactical and civilian sensor arrays and much more.
Neotronix is on the bleeding edge of emerging markets in orbital satellites for both military and commercial use.
Since the onset of starting operations in this universe we have compiled a comprehensive nomenclature system to aptly define and label all our released materials, assets and technologies.
Neotronix Defensive Solutions is subdivided into several divisions:
Experimental Technologies Division
- Mechanized Planetary Division
- Research & Development Think tank
- Prototype Skunkworks
- Traxis Heavy Industries
Derivative of Cabal Weapons/Technologies & Neotronix Defensive Solutions
Neotronix United Naval Command Group
- NDS Centralized Admiralty
- NDS Engineering Core
- NDS Arx Strike Recon Division
- NDS Rapid Response Deployment Fleet
- NDS Territorial Defense Fleet
- NDS Border Defense Initiative

Naming scheme
Abbreviations explained in project full descriptions:
NDS : Neotronix Defensive Solutions
V : Version, changes upon rebuild of internal systems
Mk : Mark, changes upon rebuild of exterior shape
G : Generation, G1 Predominantly Grey Armor, G2 Predominantly Dark Grey Armor
APL : Applique armor, spaced armor or additive layers partially attached to the main hull or externally docked in layered overlap
Ausf : Ausführung, Applies to turrets and, ground combat vehicles. Iteration number replaces Mk designation
TAC : Tactical loadout [PVP]
DEF : Defensive loadout [PVE]
ENCOM : Stealth loadout [RP]
A1 : Tier 1 armor - Basic Hull
A2 : Tier 2 armor - Standard Hull
A3 : Tier 3 armor - Advanced Hull
On armor thickness:
We recognize 9 types of armor composition, 4 of which that relate to brute force thickness.
By default basic and standard armor will never exceed 1 layer thickness apart from stacked detailing internal or external. Thickness is applied on advanced armor and is as follows:
LAS : Light Armor Stealth Composite - 1 layer motherboard
HDF : High Density Dynema Foam - 1 layer
NNF : Non-newtonian Honeycomb - 2 layers
MTi : Mono-crystalline titanium composite - 3 layers
DUr : Depleted Uranium - 4 layers or more
TCL : Tungsten Carbide Laminate - Interlace docked 2 x 1/2 armor slab
TaHfC : Tantalum Hafnium Carbide - Interlace docked 2 x wedge
Δ : Delta Composite, Trilaminate Chobham Beryllium-Nickel-Boron Fiber Nanoweave Composite - Interlace docked 3 x corner piece
E228 : Element 228 - Interlace docked - Interlace docked 4 x tetra
