Need help updating hosted server

I have a server hosted by The Smelter, and I haven't found much in the way of figuring out how to update said server. Can anyone help a brutha out?

This would be handy info to know later. Thinking of tracking down a host of the free type at some point so knowing how to remote update and restart would be handy. Automatic Updates and restarts are more useful though in the long run since the manual ones are likely only needed when things go very wrong.
