Hm if this is still a problem then 5km is still liveable.If we make it too big it could cause some pretty big navigation problems. Not to mention that draw distance for planets and stars doesnt scale, so at a 10km sector size, it would literally be impossible to see the sun in a star system unless you were right next to its sector. Therefore I personally think 5km is the way to go, and even that is pushing it a little, because being unable to see the system stars of planets from far away creates some considerable problems.
