NASS Style Server Scripts

I'm currently looking for the scripts themselves or someone who can make them. It would be of great help in server management and allow faction territory expansion. Currently we are unable to find any such scripts. I completely understand if these scripts are kept secret for competitive reasons. My server is more so a rally point for my guys and their projects and a recruiting server with the occasional stray faction enacting Roleplay scenarios. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
