My two bob that I would like to see in Starmade.
A. life support - food, oxygen and water. With stores and computer block and usage based on size of ship total blocks. So if you're small you can't travel long distance without resupply and if your ship is massive you are slowed down to search for life support etc.
B. Probes - (not anal probes) to test hazards, enemy and search for elements, on planets or next sector.
C. Power - Nuke, battery, fusion and other new things. With power supply with power computer.
D. Fault system - things can go wrong or prevented.
E. Planet life forms - of different intelligence. Of an advance life form, communication can be made to land on their planet to prevent attack etc.
F. Navigation - nav computer with massive map.
G. Defence - computer, decoys, chaff and mines.
H. Space things - black holes, bigger planets and other cool things.
