My ship has disappeared

Only the turrets are there. Typing "/search myshipname" gives the sector where I parked the ship, but there's nothing there, except the turrets. Restarting the game didn't help.

EDIT: Even the space station (the 2,2,2 Shop) with the NPC vendor in it is gone!

In this case a log would really help. Try getting the log from the time it happened. If you haven't played the game since you encountered this, that log should be log.txt.0
