Moving a shop? / all block access

Hi, i have looked around a bit in the forums but counn't find a solution to my problem.

I was looking for a way to spawn in a shop to a very specific location within a sector but I don't think it is possible? at least I haven't seen any admin commands to make it happen. So I was wantdering is it possible to move an existing shop?

If that is also not possible does anyone know of any way of quickly getting access to every block in the game? seems like such a simple request but I am yet to find a way of doing this other than setting up near an existing shop which is annoying if you want a build in a specific location that doesn't have a shop there.

you will need a lot of thruster blocks...

I usually create a station near where I'm building, put a shop module on it and then make that shop inifinite supply.
