I am looking for a more efficient scout fighter design. I have gotten one under 30 mass that can do considerable damage to other small ships, and is permacloaked, but I am interested in some other designs. The flaw to my design is that gettign shot one time basically takes away my ability to cloak. It's kind of an all or nothing design, but so far it is the best I've been able to find.
