More Drone Issues.

Try spawning other things. I've seen similar loading glitches before. Warp to a different sector, and start fresh. See what you can change in order to get a different result. One blueprint has issues? All of them? Test. Related to having too many things in the area? Test that too. etc.

This should still work on how to setup the rails Carrier Logic Test .
The main issue is you have to manually dock the drones first before they'll know where to dock in the first place and even I find that beyond annoying. The blueprint above just shows one of many ways to do the carrier logic itself and yes I need to update it to make it clearer.
