Mobile forum support

Not sure how many others have this issue, but I personally am playing indie games due to financial difficulties - including the inability to pay for an internet connection.Therefore I'm stuck using a phone for my online activities. Others may be interested in using the forum while without computer access for any number of reasons.

There are existing apps that can be tied into the site's code that would allow users to read and post on the forums from amobile phone. I would assume that if they are compatible with the forum code here, then implementation would be much faster than designing an entire mobile site.

Think it could be or should be done?

i know that a forum redesigning and editing is planned/in progress, hopefully this and maybe an app for veiwing the site via ipod/phone/pad will be intergrated

You are correct, support for mobile devices is in fact going into the next itneration of the Starmade website!

Maybe then I\'ll have less trouble finding that mobile support is planned :P

Furb, is there any indication of how long till the updated forums go live? Is it weeks or months that were talking about?
