Missiles firing strangely

    On any ship I make that is larger than a small fighter, all the missiles on the right side of it will fire out of the same spot in a weird location on the ship that sometimes is even an empty area that isn't even part of the ship, the missiles on the left side fire normally.

    I suspected it had something to do with symmetry as I first noticed it on the first ship I made using symmetry but I tried throwing together a few smaller ships and tacking some missiles onto those with and without symmetry and none of them had the problem so now I'm not sure.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    I too was having this problem with my Anti Matter Guns, try manually flying out to your missiles and setting the launcher point\'s output to on. Thats what fixed my antimatter cannons.

    I find that this problem is typically cause because the weapons computer was rotated before being placed could this be your cause?

    I\'ve been having the same issue. I\'ve replaced everything several times. There\'s a sort of invisible line in my ship. Missiles too far to the right fire from a point around six blocks diagonally aft/starboard of the core, but from the bottom.



    Missiles on the front of the ship also tend to fire backward, but not always. It\'s definately not related to computer placement or individual systems. I\'ve tried it with a dozen systems.

    Okay after messing around some more, I\'ve found what causes it.

    When I set up 4 sets of missiles like this (x = missiles - = other blocks)

    x-------------x

    x-------------x

    It works fine.

    However, when I set them up like this:

    x-x---------x-x

    That\'s when the glitch happens, it seems to be caused by the missiles being set up in horizontal rows. At least that is what seems to be causing it for me.
