Seems to be a bug after the last updat that is messing up the damage for missile + beam or missile + pulse combos when using a custom block behavior.
If you have have "damage bonus" field filled it will cause the the damage of the missile to snap to 75 DPS, reguardless of how many master/ slave blocks you have.
So you have 1000 missile blocks, you add one beam block as a slave, and now your total DPS is 75. Power consumption, reload and radius all follow the block behavior though.
Have not checked if this happens using the default block behavior, but agian this only seems to occur when using modified values for missiles
