Minor Bug:GUI doesn't scale on resolution change.

I don't know if I am the only one who has this, but when I change my resolution in game the GUI doesn't properly scale to fit the new resolution. If I shrink my resolution from what it was when I ran the game, I am missing the top information bar and the advanced build stuff on the right. If I increase my resolution from what it was when I ran the game, the advanced build stuff is directly in the middle of the screen.

Everything works perfectly if I close the game and restart with the new resolution, but it is a bit annoying to log out to fix it.
