Migration upon every launch??

So I thought I'd fixed this but apparently not. Can someone please advise me on this? Every time I click Start Game, it tells me I need to migrate the database, it claims it's the 0.09444f release hook. I've tried restoring many backups and updating in different orders, but whenever I go past 0.09441 I start getting plagued by this constant request to migrate the database. With a different install, and a fresh overwrite of the latest patch, it goes away, but it appears my sandbox universe contains odd errors such as mis-alighed turrets, suggesting the migration was missed as it doesn't prompt me to do so in this case. I'm concerned my offline universe might be broken or something. Does anyone have any idea what this could be referring to and/or causing this? I've gone ahead with the migration a heap of times to no effect when it did show. Does the database have to do with all game files or just "server-database" and "client-database"?
