Marking waypoint

Is there any way to put a mak or waypoint in Navigator or Map?

I juz lost my mothership in the space and unable to track it back.

P.S. any idea to track back a ship that I builded?

Online server or local? If you are admin type /search \"name of ship\", or have an admin do it for you if on another server.
