Maneuver engines

Those will improve turning speed for large ships. More of those, faster turning, on similar idea that thruster improve flying speed.



TL;DR; version:

Thrusters = improves general moving speed of a ship

Maneuver engines = improve turning speed (rotation).



Of course both would cost energy to operate.

All other threads either are separate suggestion or general chit-chat about turning speed, so in first case I\'d just derail discussion about proposed solution to this problem and in second my suggestion would be lost even if Schema would visit the topic, he might not see my post.
