Make components deploy-able by default.

I run an RP server (currently on hiatus, please hurry up with the crafting update) and enjoy making ships more for looks than for finely tuned combat ability. To this end, we are setting the block config so that all of the manufacturing components can be placed inside ships, just like planetary flora.

I suggest that this be made default, and that both the components and the flora be non-physical by default as well. In this way, we can add them to the interior of ships, further complicating the appearance of engines and other systems. I may update the thread later with examples of ships with deployed manufacturing components as decoration.

We've been doing this with a few of the new manufacturing components, just not all of them.
