The reason I don't play Starmade in fullscreen is that it doesn't agree well with Mission Control. You know, the thingy that lets you have multiple things running in fullscreen, or have something in fullscreen and use a gesture or hotkey to go back to the desktop? Minecraft has perfect support for it. It's java too. At some point I'd like to see Starmade do the same.
