Looking for a faction

Hey I am looking for an active and somewhat organized faction to join, here is some of the criteria that I would prefer is met:

-not to large and preferrably fresh (maximum of 10 people, minimum of 3 or 4)

-plays on active server with other factions

-has some degree of organization in terms of playing together and some form of VOIP(I live in EST timezone)

-not afraid to go to war with other factions

-goals in mind (building capital ships, space stations, gaining control of sectors, etc)

-mature enough not to be an annoying little kid
