Bug Login Button Not Working

Whenever I press the login button in the top right hand corner, nothing happens - I can only login if I press the green login button at the website home.

Google Chrome latest version, Windows 7. I cleared my browser history and cache and it seemed to work. Sorry for wasting your time.
