logic system how do you make so a activation block turn on then off and dosen't repete

my question is explained in the title and also it has to be automatic
I want to know so I can make a gravity left in ships with levels

I'm not very good with the logic system, but you should try:

Activation block --> Delay block --> NOT
|.........................................................|
|........................................................V
|_________________> Gravity block

For a half second of gravity. Add more delays for a longer time.
