Logged into my private Himachi server and half my ship had gone.

Hey, today me and my friend were playing on my private Himachi server. After a few hours he had to leave, so I also left after making sure to save using /force_save and then properly shutting down the server using /shutdown 5. After another few hours, I decided to go onto my server and play. I looked for my ship, but the only thing there was the ships wing and the waypoint where the body would have been. Any clue what has happened or how to fix this? Feel free to ask if you need more information. Thanks

Basically what you do (for mac) is click on start dedicated server, then you start the game. Click on the multiplayer bit and type in your Himachi IP for the HostPort.

Might be that the chunks that are missing are invisible, try restarting the server again or leaving the sector (move 5ish sectors away) and returning (reloading the sector).
