Eh, I'd say its better without.
Imagine someone reading a thread that had a couple posts deleted, would be so disjointed x- x
Maybe allow a few minutes to delete a post though (In case of accidental stupidity)

If all would quote a post/section of a post, they refer to, that wouldn't be a problem, would it?
