Launcher should pop back up if connection fails

I'm not sure about everyone else, but I hate it when I have to click the shortcut in my folder every time I fail to connect to a server. Maybe there should be an option for the launcher to appear again when something goes wrong with connecting to the servers, just so I don't have to annoyingly keep searching in my Start Menu/click the shortcut every single time.

If you've ever played modded Minecraft before, think of modpack launchers, except in this case it pops back up when connection fails.

If this feature is somehow already implemented, it doesn't look like it for me.

Also, add an option to quit to launcher. I don't know about others, but I see having to relaunch the game to switch servers as needless and wasteful of time.
