So this is the Banshee division of Kytech.
Backstory of Banshee:
During the great trading guild's attemp to destroy a Nexus, a bandit fleet approached to the attacked ship. CEO of Kytech was in the Nexus when a bandit powerdrained the main generator and caused a missile missfire which lead into a explosion. After the explosion the bandits lurked the damaged generator to scavenge the leftovers, when suddenly a Bunker Buster missile hit a bandit that caused another explosion near Nexus. The mysterious ship entered the sector with a pair of small Ravens. The ship was black and red, and for some reason it was helping the Kytech Corp. Once the war had ended the ship approached the Nexus and evacuated the CEO. During the time where Crusade was being transported to the ThunderClap Development Planetoid, the Mysterious woman, Ideafix, asked an alliance which lead into a new subdivision, the Banshee Industries.

Relies on fighters and other ships as attack, weak from the back, and pretty slow.
Recently, the wars between Kytech and pirates got worse. We lost one of our best divisions, and without them our negotiations went worse, and other factions started heading to our bases. Shiny day the one that Trusty Heaven came to a battle. Every missile stopped working, every laser stopped shooting, every astronaut was hynotized by the beast that was shining in the battleground. With it's massive docks fighters from even different factions docked in, went to the Meeting Table and discussed about the peace of the universe. Now, Trusty Heaven was a symbol of negotiations and alliance.
