Bug Keyboard Control Menu is bugged

I have changed around my controls and in game it doesn't change anything, it's still default controls even though it says in the Controls > Keyboard menu that the controls are different it still doesn't change the controls in game. I have restarted my game multiple times.

Try editing the Keyboard.cfg file directly.
