Yeah, this is also happening to me.

its an age-old graphics glitch.
try reinstalling your drivers.
there is a guide for that in the downloads tab on the site i believe.

Also, make sure the setting "VBO Bulk-Mode" is ON (this is found in the advanced settings of the launcher before you enter the game) as this setting can potentially cause this kind of problem.
