JVM crash, software problem

I've got a nasty JVM crash problem, when the schine engine is done loading the window closes and stops the game. i virtualy have not been able to play the game yet. tried: updating java, videocard drivers, using mac, using windows. running as admin, asking the support chat. they sent me here and said it was a software error. if someone (preferably schema) would help me they would be my hero!

Is there a crash report you get? The crash report would tell you what class the error is happening in or why the JVM is crashing.

i am litterly dumb i didnt even read the title so please help me fix it and suggestions
