Couldn't find this is the issue tracker so here it is:

Modifying the values for the jump drive module in the block behavior file does not change the jump drive in game.

I wanted to make it harder for the jump drive to be used by small ships. So I adjusted some values, but they didn't transfer into the game. However, when I opened the structure tab the values there had changed, but the jump drive itself still behaved as if it was using the default values, except for range. The ship could jump farther, but it still took the same amount of time and power to charge the jump drive no matter what I changed the values to.

Also, the jump drive would charge and jump even if I has not met the ratio requirement. The charge time and power usage was the same whether I had 1 or 1000 modules attached.

I assume this is a more recent bug since I tried doing this a few patches ago and it worked just fine.

looks like a universe re-set is needed to resolve the issue. After a clean install the values can be adjusted normally.
