It's All Relative, Projectiles Additive Velocity=borked

    PROJECTILES_ADDITIVE_VELOCITY = true, Does not work

    Currently all projectile weapons fire at a constant, set velocity, regardless of the relative velocity of the source.
    It can be further understood if you think of the how the speed of light moves at a constant velocity, regardless of the emitter's relative velocity

    This is a Huge problem for combat, as the projectile weapons don't function as they should, and in some cases don't function at all.

    For absolute certain it doesn't work on Missile weapons.
    Especially so Missile+Pulse, when fired from a stand-still it'll clear my ship in about a second, but fired on the move at max-speed?
    I out-run the poor thing.

    I will admit though, I've never seen it make a difference with Cannon+Cannon, Cannon+Beam, Cannon+Missile, or Cannon+Pulse.

    Even back when it was working, I only ever noticed it helping missiles.
    (that may be a result of playing on huge sectors, since Cannon shots go faster in order to cover their extended range, which is a percentage of sector size.)

    I have tested it by exaggerating it in the config, and weapons speed base is the server speed base, vanilla 75, Not sector size.
