inventory crash's game

everytime i join a server and open try to open my inventory it crash's my game i havent had this problem before please help (this is ruining my experience D

I am getting the same probolem after the newest update, updated all graphics cards etc. but WONT WORK!!! works fine on singleplayer and used to be fine on multiplayer, but cant do anything !
