Insane lag numbers (ScreenShot included)

I find myself lagging up horribly when I try to play Starmade, Pictured below. It increases at a rate of 5 per 5 second and doesn't stop or vanish. I have tried different resolutions, full and windowed modes, and with different levels of priority but nothing works. Assist me if you can, please.

This is an issue for me when I spawn large numbers of large ships on my game. Only parts of the ships ghost, and the game lags so bad that I am unable to spawn.
