Infinite Sound Echo

Whenever I turn the sound on, and something (GUI, Ship, Building) makes a sound, it repeats itself infinitely, even overlapping itself. It's bugging the heck out of me. Can this be fixed?

I\'ve got the same glitch happening to me, however, it doesn\'t repeat infinitely for me, just for around a minute then it fades away
