Index out of bounds Exception Error

Hello,

I have been playing starmade for a couple days, and i have randomly been given the error Index out of bounds Exception Index: 0 Size: 0. I cannot get in my ship, or do anything with the R button. I am probably missing something here, so im sorry for that future incedent.

But is there any solution or temporary solution? It would be nice just to have a temporary solution

I can connect and play on other servers just fine (is happening to me on NASS)
and I can play single player all day like no ones buisness.
I think I went into a sector either with a bad object or something wrong in the sector cause things were smooth until wamo i hit a \"dead cell\" which is what I name a sector which apparently is bad.

Ok so i can not press r to get into anything, i can not place a ship core, and i can not suicide. Thats all i have right now. This is all in single player, and i havent tried multiplayer yet.
