If you have a problem and want to create a topic about it, take a step back and do these things first.
- Check the forum. We have tons of people asking questions, it's very likely that the topic you're about to make already exists. Go through a couple pages of the help forum, the bugs forum, and run a search to make sure that there isn't already a thread on the topic.
If we have tons of threads on the same topic, it's harded for everyone to solve their problems. - Be specific: Don't say 'Help' or 'game doesn't work'. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, any error messages etc. We need specifics or we can't help you.
- When you find a solution, post the solution. There is nothing more infuriating for a user than to see someone else have their problem and then say 'I solved it!' without explaining how.
