    Hmm, here's a few pointers:

    - Add different hull materials so it's not completely made of one material (with hull, throw in some standard and advanced armor to texturize).
    - Try different hull coloring on some areas (adds detail, due to not all of he hull being the same color, also, having a color scheme helps).
    - Add surface greeblies, windows and vents (the reference pictures should give you some ideas on what kind of stuff you could add and where).
    - Experiment, tinker and try out stuff to see what works with the build.

    Obvious things from the stills:
    • windows along the wings' leading edges and the fuselage
    • whatever you may call them - seams, flanges - that look like they're connecting sections of wing
    • air intakes and engine exhaust ports along the leading and trailing underside edges
    • spikes protruding from the fuselage
Obvious things from the general "aircraft" theme
    • add insignia and markings
    • maybe make those navigation lights (if they are indeed meant as such) more prominent

    More brown! With grey piping.

However, since it is mostly grey already, just reverse: grey with white (in place of chrome) piping.

Bottom line: piping is very good for a "steamdieselpunk" atmosphere.

For further dieselpunk antmosphere, you'll probably want to create engine-exhaust-type thrusters (more pipes with recessed hollows!), with red-light accents.

Seems to have a lot of little fin-bits. Put some of those on, some little stick bits (the new pipes are good for those).
