I need General, individual Help

Hi there !

I just found this Game by accident and from the principe, i love it.

But i could need a little bit Help.
1. i own a dedicated Rootserver and i have running Starmade as Server.
I could need a hint, how to edit max-players and the Servername.

2. I think it would b better, if someone could explain me the basics, in german, so that i understand the Game. More about the Crafting system would b nice.

In your starmade folder there should be server.cfg



Open that and edit it to change the amount of players allowed (MAX_CLIENTS)

I\'d also recommend turnning on PROTECT_STARTING_SECTOR and USE_STARMADE_AUTHENTICATION

server-message.txt lets you said the Message when players join your server.



Crafting... its just changed quite a bit, there are some videos on youtube that explain it, but to get started buy recipes from the shops. Amount required to buy depends on the settings from server.cfg, but it is in the top-right next to the sell button.

thx, i already configured the server.cfg, but didnt found the max_clients. Now i changed it to 16 for testing purposes.

Ok, ill looking for utube vids, thx.

btw, nice game for the first impression.
