1: you ignore them and don't look at their content.
2: you close your computer and go out and do stuff.
3: avoid "douchebags"

Well its a very handy thing to be able to do.
and it works outside the forums too, at least the ignoring them part.
So you should try and just ignore them, see their names? scroll right past it!

this; OP is being a babby. You've already blocked their content; for all you know that content is something vital to the discussion in that thread. If you ignore it completely like you suggest you're risking missing important context.

Maybe the admins could add something like this? Would be better than just that? I dunno, as intolerable as some people are, I dont ignore anyone. If nothing else, their babble helps me through my day! "Heh heh... he thinks he can English."

But yeah, if just seeing a name pisses you off, then you may have a bit of an issue.
