How to remotely activate AI rail turret?

I have built a functioning AI rail turret, but I can't activate it remotely because there is no option to do so in the structure tab. Someone mentioned that you can use some sort of wireless logic trick to do it, but I am really bad at using logic blocks and don't know how to do that. How do I get my turrets to work?

in the current update you have to go out to the BOBBY's maually. hopefully they will fix that.
