So it seems like a lot of players are having trouble downloading ships from the Community content page and loading them in-game. Here is how I do it and it works every time, flawlessly.
1) Download the file from the community content page
2) Find the file in your downloads
3) Open file with 7-zip or winrar (downloads below)
4) Copy file from 7-zip or winrar and paste into blueprints (or just drag and drop)
5) Boom you are done! Enjoy your ship
