How to Dock ? [I'm new this version]

Can any one tell me how to dock my Ship ? cuz i saw all the youtube video are the old version ...
I try to use that docking block and I cant understand why i cant ...
[I place that thing right...There is a green box and my ship is is that green box but how to ?]

are you sure your ship isnt bigger than that the"green box" ,your ship must fit in that box,or you can expand that green box by placing docking enhancers in line..

you gotta shoot the docking module with a docking beam (default zero key)

Where is that beam ? press "T" ? or use [default zero key ]

You select it in the weapons menu (T) then assign it to a key and use it like any other weapon
