How long has LShift+V been a function?

So today I was connecting some Rail Speed Controllers to rails and acidentally did LShift+V and it connected all touching rails automatically! I never knew this, has it been a feature for a while whilst I have been a noob, or was it recently added in the Dev builds?

I've been using it for as long as I've been playing, which is getting close to a year and a half now. Handy little feature that sometimes feels neglected.

for normal blocks it has been there like ... forever. but for rail, i think it was not implemented until 0.19196 or 0.19198

I wish that was my case... xD Could have used that on so many ships that needed refitting!

Everyone should know that the system works like this,

Core, press C on it and connect it with V to all important shipsystems.
This is how the systems worked since the Beginning of the first Core.
And the option with ShiftV was ever there.
how else do you connect Antimatter Cannon Modules or today its been called just Cannons
after you build it and forgot to connect them with your AMC Computer?

Then there was the Logic Systems, and that system to connects keeps and was getting more and more important.

Remembering the good old Days, where Starmade looked just crappy.
