How does one restart their universe?

so say i were to (hypothetically speaking), noob it up and die within the first few seconds of the game, how would i restart the universe without using admin commands simply because i was too lazy to type all the give commands and dont remember how much of everything i started with? seeing as how this isnt minecraft and theres not a series of multiple worlds you can choose to play on or delete, how would i "delete my world" in starmade?
