How do I upload a ship blueprint to this site?

I can't figure out how to post my ships to this site.

1. Go to the "Community Content" tab. It's a subforum of the "forums" tab.
2. Click on the sky-blue button in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen that says "Add Content"
3. Fill in the necessary information for your blueprint; maybe a picture or two (they help a LOT). Don't forget to add ship stats if you really want people to know this ship is serious business.
4. Upload your blueprint
5. Hooray!

Okay, I really wasn't specific enough with my question, what type of file am I supposed to upload, and where do I find it? I've gone into my blueprint's folder, and none of the files are of a time this site will let me upload.
